With more than a decade of hands-on experience in California real estate, I specialize in contract management for real estate agents who want to grow without getting buried in the back-end details.

 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, I began my career assisting a top-producing agent, then advanced into a Transaction Coordinator (TC) role at a luxury boutique brokerage. While in this role, I managed more than 50 files per month, supporting elite agents throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

 

My attention to detail, commitment to compliance, and dedication to customer service led to my promotion to manager of the transaction coordination team and subsequently to my transition into a Compliance Auditor role. As a licensed Realtor and Certified Transaction Coordinator, I reviewed more than 300 files per month during my three-year tenure, gaining invaluable expertise in risk management, compliance protocols, client relations, and file accuracy.

 

Today, I bring that same care and precision to the agents I serve as an independent Transaction Coordinator for California realtors. My goal? To help you close cleanly, quickly, and confidently—without the stress.
